The Conveners of The Forum sent this letter to the members of the U.S. Senate HELP Committee.  The Committee is accepting public comments on the reauthorization of ESEA.  Copies of "Creating a National Culture of Learning" were also sent to each member of the committee.  A summary of The Forum's recommendations can be found here.
